This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules and requirements for accessing and using Totaligo™, a software platform owned and operated by Stage Forge LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Stage Forge," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
This Policy applies to all users, customers, employees, contractors, administrators, and any other individuals accessing Totaligo ("Users").
This Policy is incorporated into the Totaligo Terms of Service.
By accessing or using Totaligo, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Failure to comply may result in:
reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
Totaligo is designed to help businesses manage:
operational workflows.
Totaligo is intended for legitimate business management purposes only.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.
Users must:
ensure employees and team members comply with this Policy.
Users may not share accounts with unauthorized individuals or allow third parties to access the Service in violation of their subscription plan.
Users may not use Totaligo to:
Engage in activities that violate:
applicable industry requirements.
Examples include:
deceptive business practices.
Users may not use Totaligo to:
misrepresent business performance.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that information entered into Totaligo is accurate and lawful.
Users connecting Totaligo with payment providers including:
or other payment processors,
must comply with the applicable payment provider rules.
Users may not:
interfere with payment processing systems.
Stage Forge LLC may suspend payment-related features if misuse is suspected.
Users may not:
interfere with platform infrastructure.
Users may not:
copy designs, workflows, databases, or functionality.
Users are responsible for all information uploaded, entered, or stored within Totaligo.
Users must not upload or submit content that:
contains confidential information without permission.
Users must have appropriate authorization before entering information about:
business partners.
Because Totaligo may allow businesses to store employee-related information, users are responsible for:
following applicable payroll and tax requirements.
Stage Forge LLC is not responsible for employment disputes, payroll disputes, compensation disputes, or violations caused by customer actions.
Users may not use automated systems, including:
to access, copy, collect, monitor, or reproduce any portion of Totaligo without written authorization.
Users may not use Totaligo AI features to:
misuse business information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated information.
Users who discover a security vulnerability or potential security issue should report it to Stage Forge LLC rather than attempting to exploit it.
Users agree not to:
disrupt the Service.
Stage Forge LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Actions may include:
cooperating with legal authorities.
Stage Forge LLC is not obligated to monitor all activity within Totaligo but may investigate violations when necessary.
Stage Forge LLC is not responsible for violations committed by users.
Users are solely responsible for:
compliance with applicable laws.
Users agree to indemnify Stage Forge LLC for claims resulting from violations of this Policy as described in the Terms of Service.
Stage Forge LLC may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Updates may be made due to:
changes to Totaligo features.
Continued use of Totaligo after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
