This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") explains the subscription plans, billing practices, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund procedures for Totaligo™, a software platform owned and operated by Stage Forge LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Stage Forge," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
This Policy is incorporated into the Totaligo Terms of Service.
By purchasing a Totaligo subscription, you agree to this Policy.
Totaligo may offer different subscription plans with different:
usage limits.
Stage Forge LLC reserves the right to:
discontinue subscription options.
Any changes to paid subscriptions will apply to future billing periods unless otherwise required by law.
A subscription becomes active when:
access credentials are created.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate and current.
Subscription access is granted only to the account holder and authorized users according to the selected subscription plan.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stage Forge LLC and its authorized payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Totaligo may use third-party payment providers, including:
other payment providers added in the future.
You authorize recurring charges for:
other authorized services.
Unless canceled, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
renewal charges will continue until canceled.
Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue service.
Stage Forge LLC may change subscription pricing from time to time.
If pricing changes affect an active subscription, Stage Forge LLC may provide notice before the next billing cycle.
Continued use of Totaligo after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including:
governmental fees.
Stage Forge LLC may collect applicable taxes where legally required.
If a payment fails, Stage Forge LLC may:
terminate the subscription.
Customers remain responsible for unpaid charges.
If payment obligations are not satisfied, Stage Forge LLC may temporarily suspend access to Totaligo.
During suspension:
account functionality may be limited.
Stage Forge LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from suspension due to unpaid balances.
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through:
contacting Stage Forge LLC support.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation:
no additional renewal charges will occur.
Because Totaligo is a digital software service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether Totaligo meets their business needs before purchasing.
Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
billing mistakes caused by Stage Forge LLC.
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Stage Forge LLC unless otherwise required by law.
If Totaligo offers a free trial:
customers are responsible for canceling before the trial ends.
Trial availability and length may change at any time.
Customers agree to contact Stage Forge LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Customers should provide:
explanation of the dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
collection actions for unpaid balances.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Payment processing services are provided by independent third parties.
Stage Forge LLC is not responsible for:
banking errors.
Customers agree to comply with applicable payment processor agreements.
Depending on the subscription plan, Customers may add authorized users.
Customers are responsible for:
protecting confidential information.
After cancellation or termination:
data retention is governed by the Totaligo Privacy Policy.
Customers should export necessary records before cancellation.
Stage Forge LLC may update this Subscription & Billing Policy from time to time.
Updates may occur due to:
new subscription features.
Continued use of Totaligo after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
