By accessing or using Totaligo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Totaligo is a business management and point-of-sale application designed for event vendors, retailers, and small business owners. The App provides tools for processing payments, tracking sales and expenses, managing inventory, coordinating team members, and generating financial reports.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App integrates with third-party payment processors (Stripe, Square, and Clover). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We do not store credit card information directly. All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers.
The App operates on a paid subscription model with a 30-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax reporting obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted backups and secure data transmission.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Totaligo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
